Rotaract Club of Loyola College, sponsored by Rotary Club of Madras, RI District 3234, has been chartered since 1976, with this year marking its 50th year of chartered service. The signature projects of our Club include Shalom (Culturals for a Cause), Inaivom (Human Chain Drug Awareness Initiative), and our Annual Blood Donation Drive. Our Vision for the Year: Inaivom had 1,500+ participants in the previous year. Our plan is to increase participation in the Human Chain Drug Awareness Rally to 2,500+ participants and expand the international reach of Inaivom from different districts to other countries. SHALOM is a Culturals for a Cause initiative supporting the transgender community. Our plan is to conduct cultural events where members of the transgender community can actively participate alongside us, while continuing to raise awareness and support the cause.
